From Górliz in the Basque Country, Jaime Busto is one of the leading figures in the X-Trial World Championship. His explosive riding, bold approach and ability to conquer the most demanding obstacles make him a formidable opponent and a firm favourite with fans.

He made his championship debut in Barcelona in 2015 while riding alongside Toni Bou at Montesa-Honda. Having become one of his former teammate’s main rivals, he claimed three consecutive X-Trial World Championship runner-up finishes between 2023 and 2025.

Third overall in 2026, with a victory on Réunion Island among his results, the Beta rider has recorded seven wins and 34 podium finishes in 61 appearances. That record places him among the sport’s established stars, with one ambition still driving him: winning the world title.
