X-Trial returns to Navarra for a spectacular festive-season event.

On Sunday 27 December 2026 at 5:30 pm, Pamplona’s Navarra Arena hosts round two of the 2027 FIM X-Trial World Championship. A month after the opening event in Madrid, eight riders will meet again to continue their pursuit of the world title.

In Navarra’s capital, internationally renowned for its San Fermín festivities, the Trial champions will deliver a different kind of spectacle: extraordinary balance, precision and gravity-defying riding.

An Anticipated Return to Navarra Arena

Following editions in 2023 and 2024, X-Trial returns to Pamplona and its fans. Those first two events already created lasting memories, with closely contested finals and outstanding performances.

In 2023, Toni Bou won the inaugural edition ahead of Gabriel Marcelli and Jaime Busto. At the championship’s most recent visit, on 16 November 2024, Bou won again, also recording his hundredth world Indoor podium.

That evening also brought success for Benoît Bincaz, who finished second ahead of Busto to achieve his best-ever X-Trial result.

Eight Riders, One Victory

Unbeaten in Pamplona’s first two editions, Toni Bou will set the benchmark on the Navarra Arena’s obstacles. Gabriel Marcelli and Jaime Busto will be determined to challenge him.

Harry Hemingway, Matteo Grattarola and 2026 Trial2 World Champion Arnau Farré are also among the six riders selected for the opening half of the season. Two invited riders will complete the eight-rider field.

Following Madrid, this second round offers an opportunity to build on a strong start or recover valuable championship points.
