Matteo Grattarola is one of Italy’s leading figures in world trials. Known for his powerful riding and effectiveness over the most imposing obstacles, the Beta rider combines experience, technical control and spectacular performances.

He made his X-Trial World Championship debut in Bolzano in 2009. Despite injuries interrupting his progress at times, he continued to develop and claimed his first podium in Nice in 2022, repeating the achievement in Barcelona later that year.

Fifth in the 2026 X-Trial World Championship, Matteo added two further third-place finishes in Ponte di Legno and Tarragona. With 40 appearances and four podiums, he has established himself as a leading Italian presence in the world’s X-Trial arenas.
