Miquel Gelabert made an immediate impression on his X-Trial World Championship debut in 2018. Fifth in Montpellier and then fourth in Toulouse, the Spaniard claimed second place in Strasbourg just thirteen days after his first appearance. He finished his debut season fifth in the world standings.

Despite competing intermittently in the championship, he has demonstrated his ability to challenge the best. With 23 appearances and two podium finishes, his record reflects a talent capable of mastering the most demanding obstacles.

His move to Honda opened a new chapter focused on developing the RTL Electric. By bringing his international experience to the project, Miquel is contributing to the evolution of electric trials and its challenge against combustion-powered motorcycles at the highest level.
